One of the staples of Madison's vibrant music scene, The People Brothers Band has been spreading their brand of Rhythm and Soul around the Upper Midwest for nine years. Currently working on their second studio album, the band is known for energetic live shows and ability to connect with the audience.
The band is the winner of the Wisconsin Area Music Industry Award for 2014 Soul/R&B Band of the Year and the Madison Area Music Award for 2017 Pop/R&B Artist of the Year, 2015 Pop/R&B Album of the Year (Middle of the In Between), and the 2013 Blues Album of the Year (People Brothers Live) & Blues Song of the Year (Looky Here Mister).
The PBB have hosted their own grass-roots, live music & camping festival, People Fest, every year since their first summer together in 2009. In 2016 the band opened their own music and camping venue called Driftless Music Gardens, where they now host People Fest and a newer event called The Bonfire Music & Arts Festival.
Check out the Driftless Music Gardens page for more info.
The People Brothers Band can be seen touring regionally in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, & Ohio, heading out west to Colorado, and, of course, playing hometown shows in beautiful Madison.
